I discovered my love for administration straight out of school, but it wasn’t until after I had my first child in 2005 that I truly found my passion for bookkeeping.

With over 25 years of experience in both administrative and bookkeeping roles, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a variety of businesses, including:

• Office Manager in several family-run businesses

• Corporate Secretarial for a medium-sized accounting firm, where I handled payroll, budgets, and more

• Payroll Officer for a not-for-profit organization, managing payroll for over 100 staff members

• Casual Bookkeeper for several accountants and registered BAS agents, gaining invaluable knowledge along the way

My greatest accomplishments in helping business owners run their businesses include:

• Assessing and implementing changes to ensure the office runs smoothly, whether the business owner is present or not

• Ensuring timely collection of accounts receivable

• Notifying business owners of customers unable to pay and setting up repayment plans

• Organizing and managing office functions while maintaining adequate staffing levels

• Cross-training staff across departments to keep small businesses running seamlessly, even during staff leave

• Supporting business owners in growing their business (or empire)!
